We will be featuring a wonderful white wine discovery we found on a wine & food trek to Greece a few years back—the Domaine Skouras Moschofilero “Salto-Wild Yeast”.
Moschofilero is one of the TOP indigenous white wine grape varieties of Greece. Giorgio Skouras, who was Burgundy trained, is THE winemaker destined to. Evolve into a new era of what Greek wines can be. This is the culmination of the collaboration—a mesmerizing, exotically perfumed white wine with crisp, lemony acidity. What a treat!
We then will ask Chef Christian Page to fire up the wood grill again.
This time, we will explore the genre of Greek food specialties, featuring a handful of Chef’s favorite bite sized renditions with a very unique & striking Greek white wine.
